Whole Ceylon white peppercorns, produced by removing the outer skin of the ripe berry to leave a smooth, pale corn with crisp, penetrating heat and a subtler fragrance than black pepper. They are ground fresh for pale sauces, charcuterie, broths and spice blends where appearance counts. Offered in bulk, cleaned and graded, to spice grinders, repackers and food manufacturers.
