Dried Ceylon ginger chopped to a coarse cut, warm and sharply pungent, with pieces sized for steeping and slow extraction rather than direct eating. It works well in teas, decoctions, mulled drinks, stocks and pickling brines. Supplied in bulk and for private-label beverage and seasoning applications.
