Overview
Dried Ceylon curry leaves (Murraya koenigii) milled to a fine, deep-green powder with the warm, nutty-citrus aroma the fresh leaf is known for. It folds straight into tempering blends, curry pastes, seasoning mixes, snacks and savoury bakes where whole leaves are impractical. Supplied in bulk and for private label to spice blenders and food manufacturers.
