Ceylon cloves cut to a fine, granular grade that releases their warm, sweet and intensely aromatic flavour quickly. The smaller particle size suits spice blends, marinades, baked goods and ground formulations where whole buds would be impractical. Available in bulk and for private label to food manufacturers and spice houses.
