Broken pieces of genuine Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) quill, offering the variety's signature delicate, sweet and mildly citrus aroma in a chip form that infuses readily. The chips are used for brewing, mulled drinks, infusions, syrups and extraction, as well as grinding to order. Provided in bulk and for private label to tea and beverage blenders, extractors and food manufacturers.
