Overview
Green cardamom pods and seed cut to a fine, even grade that releases a sweet, citrus-and-eucalyptus aroma more readily than whole pods. The smaller cut disperses well into chai blends, baked goods, rice dishes, mulled drinks and ground masalas. Provided in bulk and for private label to tea blenders, bakeries and seasoning manufacturers.
