A thick, spoonable coconut jam (kaya-style) cooked with coconut and sweetener and warmed with true Ceylon cinnamon for a caramel-toned, gently spiced flavour. It spreads onto toast, fills pastries and pancakes, and tops desserts. Available in bulk and for private label to bakeries, food-service and retail spread ranges.
