Fine, low-fat Desiccated Coconut from selected, fully mature Sri Lankan coconuts (Cocos nucifera) sourced through our direct-trade smallholder grower network, and made in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP / GMP-certified facility with no preservatives, colours or flavours. A reduced-fat option for lighter recipes.
Intended use: Bakery, confectionery, culinary and functional-food applications.
