Coconut Flour from selected, fully mature Sri Lankan coconuts (Cocos nucifera) sourced through our direct-trade smallholder grower network, and made in an FSSC 22000 / HACCP / GMP-certified facility with no preservatives, colours or flavours. Naturally gluten-free and high in fibre.

Intended use: Gluten-free bakery, culinary and functional-food applications.
